To mark the Transgender Day of Visibility on 31 March 2022, Las Vegas released the first episode of its brand new four part social media series celebrating inclusivity, diversity and equality.

It is now available to view on Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, and visitlasvegas.com. The show is hosted by Las Vegas’ very own Kataluna Enriques, current Miss Nevada and first openly transgender woman to compete in the Miss USA pageant. The series celebrates LGBTQIA+ icons and how the beautifully inclusive city has aided in their self acceptance, with the  community preaching love, individuality and uniqueness. The first episode shines a spotlight on Dominique Jackson, a legendary ballroom queen who talks openly about her mental health and unapologetically embracing her true self as a black trans woman in the Las Vegas community. LGBTQIA+ days of celebration will be marked with new episode releases with the next upload due to be released on 26 April for Lesbian Visibility Day, then 16 May for Honor Our LGBT Elders Day, and with the final episode showcasing a Vegas style celebration during the National Pride Month of June.

Las Vegas hosts year round Pride events including PRIDE Family Bingo and PRIDE OUTside, an inclusive group hiking event which welcomes all ages to exercise, allowing the chance to meet others and take in Las Vegas’ beautiful scenery. Celebrations amplify during June for National Pride Month and the city celebrates its yearly PRIDE festival in October. With vibrant nightlife and an accepting community, Las Vegas is a leading destination where diversity is championed and everyone is welcome to embrace their unique selves!
