Lecturer in Carpentry and Joinery

An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen for a Carpentry & Joinery Lecturer to join a committed team. This is a fantastic chance to pass on your skills and inspire the next generation. Working in a vibrant and positive learning environment, you will be responsible for delivering across the Carpentry & Joinery courses, up to Level 3.

Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:

– Must have a Level 3 Carpentry & Joinery qualification
– Must have good organisational and planning skills
– Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate students
– Willingness to provide outstanding support for learners
– Extensive knowledge of the subject area
– Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to student achievement and quality
– Experience of delivering learning to students/apprentices would be advantageous
– Either teacher-qualified or prepared to undertake teacher training
